What is included in a kit?

Each kit contains 15 numbered pattern cards, a direction book that gives detailed instructions for making 15 different geometric designs, a needle and 180 yards of fluorescent thread (4 colors).  Designs made with fluorescent thread glow when exposed to a black light.  A kit contains enough material to complete one each of the 15 different designs.  Click here for complete kit page.

My fax will not go through?

When sending a fax (815) 943-8225, just place your fax in your fax machine, dial the number and send.  If you continue to have problems, drop your order in the mail to us, call us (815) 943-5880 and leave a message to contact you (speaking distinctly leaving the spelling of your name and the best phone number to reach you after 5:00 p.m. (CST), or simply e-mail us your order. 

Are there designs available other than geometric shapes?

We offer only the 45 different geometric designs, 15 each on the 3 different cards available.

Do you accept credit cards?

You may pay by Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order.  We do not accept credit cards; however, we will send your order to you before your payment.  We trust that you are good for it.  Our products speak for themselves.

What is the best way to order from you?

Via fax, mail or e-mail.  There is an order form on our website.  Please print the form, complete it and send via fax 815-943-8225, mail it to Minimath Projects, 336 Timber Drive, Harvard, Illinois 60033, or you may e-mail your order sales@minimathprojects.com.  ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.  NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 days.  Depending on the volume of orders, it could take 10-14 days.  We will do our best to get you your materials by the date you need it.  Always include a Date Needed by and your telephone number.  Do not use ASAP. 

What is a RUSH ORDER?

If I do not have a P.O. Number, can I still place an order?

Yes, you do not need a P.O. number to order.  However, a telephone number you can be reached at is very important. 

Do you deliver out of the U.S.?

    We have delivered to Canada, Australia, and England!
