RUSH ORDERS

What is your normal shipping time frame?

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 days.  Depending on the volume of orders, it could take 10-14 days.

What is a Rush Order?

A rush order is an order you need in 7 days or less.

Can I place a Rush Order?

Yes, you can!  Rush Order charges range from $15.00-$45.00 depending on the weight, how soon you need the order, and the shipping destination in addition to the normal shipping charges.

How do I place a Rush Order?

FAX:  Send your order via fax (815) 943-8225 requesting a date of delivery.  We will contact you with the delivery charges.  A verbal verification from YOU is needed to send a RUSH order.

IMPORTANT:  Please list your phone number that we can reach you during the evening or early morning hours.

E-MAIL:  Send your order through e-mail sales@minimathprojects.com requesting a date of delivery AND the Delivery Address, Name, and phone number.  We will contact you via e-mail with the delivery charges.  You must send us an e-mail stating that you want your order sent RUSH and you will pay the Rush Delivery charges.

Can my order be guaranteed by a certain date?

Rush Orders are not guaranteed unless you receive a verbal or e-mail confirmation from Minimath Projects.
