is your normal shipping time frame?
Our
typical turnaround time is 5-7 days. Depending on the
volume of orders, it could take 10-14 days.

is a Rush Order?

rush order is an order you need in 7 days or less.

I place a Rush Order?
Yes,
you can! Rush Order charges range from $15.00-$45.00 depending on the weight, how soon you
need the order, and the
shipping destination
in addition to the
normal shipping charges.
How
do I place a Rush Order?
WEBSITE ORDER FORM--noting it is a RUSH ORDER and the date needed. We will contact you for the RUSH delivery cost, and you must confirm that you will pay the RUSH charge before we process your order.
OR via FAX: Send your order via fax (815) 943-8225 requesting the date needed and the words RUSH. We will contact you with the delivery charges. A verbal verification from YOU is needed to send a RUSH order.
IMPORTANT:
Please list your phone number that we can reach you during the evening or early morning hours.
OR you may E-MAIL us: Send your order through e-mail
sales@minimathprojects.com
requesting a date of delivery AND the Delivery Address, Name, and phone number. We will contact you via e-mail with the delivery charges. You must send us an e-mail CONFIRMING that you want your order sent RUSH and you will pay the Rush Delivery Charges we quoted you.
Can
my order be guaranteed by a certain date?
Rush
Orders are not guaranteed unless you receive a
verbal or e-mail confirmation from Minimath Projects.
