Rob and Terri
In 1996, Gerald Williams – my dad, the creator and innovator of these geometric string designs – retired from day-to-day operation of Minimath Projects. I began learning the business the year before, and now my wife Terri and I own and operate Minimath Projects.
Rob – I was described by my mother as a free spirit, probably because I rebelled against everything ‘normal’. I have spent most of my adult life as a sound technician for live music. Now that I am older I want to sleep when it’s dark outside and be awake when it is light. So, I’m trying to find ways to earn a living during the daytime. So far I have done construction labor, rural letter carrier, pizza delivery, motorcycle racing official, and worked the parts counter at a local motorcycle shop none of which by themselves has been very lucrative or fun, but collectively they have enabled me to do most of my sleeping when it’s dark outside.
Terri – I was brought up 50 miles northwest of Chicago enjoying the outdoors – baseball, bicycle riding, swimming, camping, flashlight tag, dodge ball, volleyball, rollerskating, and the list goes on. Meeting my husband in 2003 brought adventure, lots of activity, and more than I ever wanted to learn about motorcycles! Today I absolutely LOVE riding my Yamaha V-Star 1300 when I’m not helping run Minimath Projects or my own business building websites.
